Comcast has definitely upped their game and has a good system and for the bundled price cant be beat. As far as customer service, hell who has good CS these days no one its not the 80's any longer!ATandT which owns direct TV now and Comcast are monopolies and get away with lack luster support, speak clearly with the stupid bot and be polite to the rep and it always seems to go pretty good. Within a week the app did not work and I thought the problem was with my phone. 2 weeks later I receive a call from Comcast saying something was wrong with the system and to make a long story short after over 20 hours on the phone and 3 installations attempts, my account monitoring was cancelled for no apparent reason. I filed a complaint with the Florida division of agriculture and consumer, affairs and requested my initial investment to be reimbursed. Comcast has the worse customer service around, I will sign up with a different company I found on your review site and instead of being on the phone I will spend this time drafting legal documents for the complaints litigation that I will initiate against the company.
